Shipping Policy

 

All items are ready to ship. Please allow 3-5 days for fulfilment.

We offer free pickup to those that are local to Regina, Saskatchewan. Please use code "LOCAL" at checkout to waive the shipping fee. Once the order is fulfilled you will receive an email for pickup details. 

We offer a flat rate of $14 to ship throughout Canada and $18 to ship throughout the United States. Spend over $150 and get free shipping within Canada and thee US! All items are shipped with Canada Post. Shipping times vary depending on the time of year.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Because all items are handmade I will only accept items back if they are damaged or the order is incorrect. I am happy to make it right if something has gone wrong, please just message me! 

I ask that you check the sizing page before ordering as I cannot return items that were ordered in the incorrect size. I find most fits true to size or bigger, but every child is so different!

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If for any reason I am taking the item back or refunding, shipping will be deducted from the total.
